If you answered yes, then come join our team! Our private practice is seeking a Dental Assistant who has a passion for dentistry and truly cares for people. As a Dental Assistant, you thrive in both a team environment and independently. You are able to work in a fast-paced setting, stay organized while multitasking, and take initiative throughout the day. As a key member of our clinical team, you help create a smooth, efficient, and comfortable experience for every patient while supporting the doctor in delivering high-quality care. Expectations and duties of this position include but are not limited to: -Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures -Prepare and break down treatment rooms -Sterilize and maintain instruments according to protocols -Take dental radiographs (X-rays) -Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment -Accurately chart procedures and update patient records -Maintain inventory and stock of clinical supplies -Follow all OSHA and infection control guidelines -Communicate clearly with doctors and team members You would possess the following skills and qualifications: -Excellent communication and patient care skills -Strong organizational and time management abilities -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Attention to detail and a proactive attitude -Dental assisting experience preferred -X-ray certification-Coronal polish certification is a plus -Dentrix knowledge is a plus -Positive attitude and strong team mindset There is an excellent benefit package available for full time employees.
