This district is comprised of members from Iowa, Kansas,
Missouri, and Nebraska.
The primary goal
of the ADAA 8th District Regional Meeting is to promote the profession of dental assisting, provide quality educational, networking
opportunities to all of its members while encouraging dental assistants to join us!!

Dental Laboratory Update
Hardeep K. Chehal, BSC, BDS, DDS
Dr. Chehal is an Associate Professor at Creighton University Dental School.
She has been the Oral Pathologist at Creighton Dental School in the Diagnostic
Science Department for many years. Her background in Dentistry and Oral
Pathology gives her a unique view on the oral cavity. Her education and
background give her the opportunity to speak about Oral Pathology both
locally and nationally. We are very honored to have her as an expert for
Peggy Luebbert MS, MT(ASCP)SC, CIC, CHSP
Peggy is currently an Infection Control Consultant that goes into
medical settings and assesses the infection control processes and procedures. She has been responsible for infection control
and epidemiology practices for very large systems, including hospitals, long term care facilities and other medical facilities.
Designs of Nebraska
Dental Designs of Nebraska is
a full service, family owned dental lab that was founded in 1980. Since then they have grown to service dental professionals
in the Omaha and Lincoln area as well as nationwide. They offer continuing education in the areas of implantology, shade selection
and digital dentistry.
You can park in the Welcome Center Visitor Parking Lot (#2) for no cost. Once parked, walk inside the Welcome Center
(Clark Hall) and take the elevator to the ground floor. The classroom we will be using (CLK035) is right outside the elevator
when you get to the ground floor.
